- The idea, the whole time, was to start this blog so I would be encouraged to do some recreational writing. But I have a lifetime of journals began, with few kept current - starts and stops throughout a number of years. Posting my thoughts for everyone to see, it turns out, wasn't going to spur me into being any more faithful with my writing - as you can see, I have posts that are few and far between. But if I should find some time to update this, and you should find some time to read it, then you'll probably find out more about me than if I just tell you my name, birthday and favorite pets. Meanwhile, thank you for letting me share my thoughts and stop by on occasion.
